About the role

The support worker role provides a mixture of direct and indirect support and involves working closely with a key worker to support individuals with developmental delays, at risk of developmental delays or who have a disability. Support Workers plays a vital role by physically and socially supporting participants and their families by implementing and facilitating therapy programs designed by our professionals.

About you

You are interested in a community services career. You will also have an interest in helping others and have the ability to work well within a team. In addition, you will be compassionate, enthusiastic, motivated, energetic and keen to learn. Experience will be advantageous in this role.
