FAQ

Our current hourly rate is $193.99 for all therapies. We are a provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We accept NDIS and are registered with Medicare and all private health insurers, so clients may be eligible for a rebate from their private health fund such as a Chronic Disease Management Plan.

We have an Occupational Therapist that speaks Cantonese and Mandarin. One of our Music Therapists speaks Cantonese and Mandarin.

The Early Links referral form is on our website. Families can also contact Early Links by telephone on 02 4934 3773 to be added/ update waitlist and enquire about therapy groups. If you are a current Early Links client, and would like to explore other therapy options, you are welcome to discuss this with your team.

Yes, it is best practice to see a client across their natural environments, including home, their care/educational setting and relevant community settings. Clinic appointments are also offered at Ashtonfield, Kurri Kurri, Maitland, and Muswellbrook.

All ages. Most of the current team’s experience is in paediatrics but some have a mixed caseload of children, teens, and adults.

Waitlist timeframes depend on the geographical area, staff capacity and client needs. Presently, there is no waitlist for one-off assessments and certain geographical areas also have capacity.
