What happens after I complete the referral form? Once we receive your referral, a member of our friendly team will phone you within 48 hours to discuss your support needs and gather more details. If you choose us as your service provider, we'll work closely with you/your support team to make sure the agreement fits your needs and your funding arrangement. To finalise everything, we'll create a Service Agreement for you to review and sign before we start providing any supports or services.
