Early Links is a family-centred organisation focussed on the needs and aspirations of the whole family. With almost forty years experience of working with people with a disability or developmental delay, Early Links has the expertise to support you to find the right services at the right time.

We offer a wide range of individualised supports delivered in a personalised way. You can choose for Early Links to provide some or all of your funded supports in your home, in our clinics or within community settings. We also provide services that you can purchase privately using Medicare rebates or private health insurance.

In Home and Community Access Support

CORE Supports

Early Links provides 1 to 1 support for people with funding in their Core support budget to help them get out and about in their communities, to follow their passions and build skills for everyday living.

We can assist with:

  • Assistance with daily life
  • Assistance with social and community participation

In Home and Community Access Support

CAPITAL Supports

Early Links skilled therapists can help families trial, select, adjust and use equipment such as; Augmentative communication devices, special seating, standing frames, walkers and bath seats.

We can assist with:

  • Assistive technology
  • Assessment and equipment prescription

Therapy Services

We support people to increase their skills for independence and to participate in their community. We provide flexible, person-centred supports to meet individual goals, working in partnership with you.

Support Coordinators

Coordination of Supports (COS) and Specialists Coordination of Supports (SCOS) support people with an NDIS plan to connect and engage with service providers and other informal, mainstream, community and alternatively funded supports.

Early Links can support you to access different support services that will work best for you and maximise your choice and control. 

Positive Behaviour Support

Early Links offers Positive Behaviour Support for people living with a disability or mental health concern. We can develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans and work with you to identify and understand behaviours of concern. 

  • Specialist behavioural intervention support
  • Behaviour Management Plan including training in behaviour management strategies
  • Individual Social Skills Development

Plan Management

Early Links offers plan management to families to support them to manage funding in their NDIS plan.

As well as assisting you to connect with services and pay providers, our plan management services can support you to learn how to self-manage your plan by developing financial and plan management skills.
